Publisher

The site is published by Emmanuel Neny, acting in the name and on behalf of T7 Studio, a French SASU in the process of incorporation. Full details are given in the legal notice.

Purpose of the site

This site presents Libraa, a music library manager for DJs, and lets you join its waitlist. It is provided for information only, “as is”. The features, screenshots, dates and prices shown are indicative and may change before the app is released.

Waitlist

Joining is free and non-binding: it is neither an order, nor a reservation, nor a commitment to buy. It lets you receive, when Libraa opens, an email with the free trial link and the launch price.

After signing up, you receive a confirmation email. Your sign-up only takes effect once your address is confirmed; otherwise it is deleted after 14 days. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

You agree to sign up with an email address that belongs to you and to provide accurate information. The publisher may delete a clearly abusive sign-up (someone else's address, automated sign-ups).

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The “Libraa” name, the text, visuals and interface elements shown on this site are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

Trademarks mentioned (Rekordbox, Serato, Pioneer DJ, CDJ, XDJ, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Libraa is not affiliated with any of these companies.

Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage arising from access to or use of this site, for its temporary unavailability, or for any delay in the release of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Use of the Libraa app will be covered by its own terms of sale and licence, published when it opens.
